SELF PRIMING PUMPS SERIES NON STOP

The self-priming pumps from the series "NON STOP" are built for all the cases which require the transfer of dense liquids, containing abrasives or solids in suspension, and which does not require a great flow rate nor a great total head. Wide use for water treatment, in food industry, building industry, shipbuilding, breeding. Their fundamental characteristic is the dry operation capacity for an undetermined time, the fast priming in few seconds until a 7 meters depth, the wide passage for solids and the very simple and intermittent maintenance.

Composed by a diaphragm and driven by a rod, they are able to operate without breaking under difficult ambient conditions, the pump cylinder is made of aluminium alloy for the standard version, for the special versions instead it can be made of cast iron with a diaphragm in Viton or Neoprene, Dutral and Hypalon.

Suction and oulet ports threaded and equipped with valves. Coupling available with endothermic and electric motors.

Assembly on supports or carriages with pneumatic rollers.

Flow rates from 75 to 800 liters/minute with diameter from 2" to 6".
